Not less power. 1500kv is for 6s set ups and is less taxing on the battery, hence the marginally longer run time.
2200kv X 4s = 32560 revs
1500kv X 6s = 33300 revs
As you can see gearing will not really change.

4s 5000 30c = 2220w
(example) 6s 5000 30c = 3330w
Depending on what 6s battery you go with, there will be more likely more power (1/3 more). I wouldn't expect to see 1/3 more performance at the track though.
