I am having man trouble

I can get away without shaving for a few days- very 'fair-haired' as it were on my face, only get a few thicker dark hairs on my top lip & under my chin(s). I currently use a cheapy 2 blade disposable razor, but they are all getting blunt so will be venturing to get something new soon. I dont like to buy the decent razors as they cost about £6-8 for a razor with one head, and another £6-10 for a pack of 3 or 4 replacement heads; insane. I only really have issues shaving my neck though as like alot of you guys the skin there doesnt seem to be very smooth & is also seemingly quite thin and sensitive- dont get a rash so much, just difficult to shave without bleeding or ending up red-raw afterwards. I'll have to see whats a reasonable price down my local Boots chemist or up the local Sainsbury's etc.

Veet/ nair is awesome stuff, but the trouble is hair grows back = stubble > itchy knackers....
