I cant say I knw exactly how you're feeling, but I do know what its like to be stabbed in the back by a girl you thought was you're friend; not a pleasant feeling & Im still kinda seething ~9 months later. Keep busy though, r/c would actually be a good outlet ( think of all the extra cash you'll have too now that you dont have to spend it on her, spend it on bills instead ), try and build some bridges with old friends and family- suprising how sympathetic & understanding people can be about these things, I've seen how GFs can take over one's life to the detriment of your other friends and relatives.

You'll probably have the last laugh though, a relationship between a boss & emplyoee is never a terribly sound base really, especially if someone grassed on the boss to his boss say ( area manager/ head office etc )....
