Motor for Revo Conversion: 2200 or 1800?

Hello,

I'm about to buy a CC-Neu motor for my Revo conversion and I'm hesitating between these two models (2200 or 1800) for mostly bashing purposes.

I'm looking for efficiency, low heat and as little strain as possible on the ESC (MMM) and the Lipo. I'd much rather have a rock solid set-up than a high performer.
