I have no immediate plans of making a Mugen buggy chassis - I had planned on it initially, but the stock chassis kits have been extremely popular and work very well. I have modeled layouts for my own branded vehicles similar to the Hyper9 car for about 3 years now (with some unique and innovative differences for Slipperential compatibility) - without the integrated rear and center diff, the car requires a creative layout to prevent it from being very unbalanced front/rear (front heavy).
