Revo 1/5 scale on road project

Ok sorry for my absense on this topic... I plan to buy the KB45-08XL 1600kv Brushless Inrunner http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/s...idProduct=4937 for the car the problem is the shaft is 6mm and the pinion as you know 5mm... If ii run the motor and use a grinder to grind the saft to 5mm,is it a good ideea?
I will use two 3s lipo 5000 in series.
I saw this esc it says that it can handle max 200A... did anybody used one of this esc? http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=14500 i don`t need reverse,and the break is the original disk break from the revo.
