hi!
well I have also done research on measurements of lipo-dimensions and if they would fit the battery case (I got the specs from rc mike arct1k) and I assume you will set up the lipo's in series. Those would fit very well even in series. Even the Hyperion VX 6500 mah would fit in series(but there is no EX equivalent of that much mah) although you would have to cut out the sides from the tray So I assume it would fit without cutting with the Castle conversion since they dont include a battery tray. I also assume you will get the RC Mike conversion kit with tray. And a question about Deans, is that good enough as a connector or are there different kinds of deans connectors?
