Removal of 2 pole rotor magnet?

Any ideas how to get a 2 pole magnet off the shaft? I am guessing it is glued on, try some heat? I know I do not want to get the magnet too hot, but...

I have a shop press, and not ing to loose, I guess I could press the magnet off... Might shatter though.

Also, where can I get 5mm motor shafts cheap? I know outrunners use them, try ebay?

FYI, the problem is my c50 maxx motor broke the 1/8 portion of the shaft off, and I figured I would remove the magnet and replace the shaft with a 5mm one.

If anyone has a L can feiago or hacker motor or rotor they do not want, it would save me the hassle...
