I found a replacement motor, but will have to buy tools to replace the pinion, that just doesn't seem worth it since I was never happy with this POS drill.

I'm just gonna have to suck it up and get a new one. Good thing I just get heating money back, but I wasn't planning on spending them on this. Bugger.
