Motor on its way out? - 01.07.2012, 12:20 AM

So, tonight I was running my 3rd qualifier in my Losi SCTE with a 1410kv and MMP geared at 15/40 running a 2s High Velocity 60c 6000mah (brand new) and around the 3 minute mark, the truck just felt like it had no balls, so I pulled it off.
Tonight was a little cooler down here since I ran last, it normally temps around 145-155, tonight after practice, I put my finger on the motor and it was barely warm, held it for about 5-6 seconds, so I didnt bother pulling the temp gun out.

Nothing changed from the previous 10 times or so that i've ran the truck at this same track. I looked it over, nothing binding, I plugged the battery in and gave it a full rev, sounded like all was well.
I went out to start the main, did about 2 warm up laps, everything was fine, tone sounded, took off in 2nd... then on a big double that I easily clear, it came up short... went down the straightaway, and it was obviously slower, I pulled off, checked my throttle EPA, it was maxed out, went out, made another lap, and it was noticeably slower than the previous.
So I parked it, came home and plugged it in to the Castle Link, just for $#its n giggles I did a motor kv test...

Take a look... Nevermind, I cant upload a bmp. file

7749 seems a little off, seeing as how the last time I remember doing one it was right around 37-3800kv's.
The motor didnt seem to be hot when I pulled it off the track, I put my finger on it, it was warm for no more than I had ran it, but not "damn thats hot"

Im wondering if this motor is on its way out, or if its something else...
I've never had a lick of trouble from this setup, been running it since April or May, had to replace the MMP once, thats it.
What do you guys think?
