1/5th planning. Redcat Rampage & what ESC/motor/LiPo combo?

I haven't bought anything yet, still in the planning stage. The XBE with upgrades does look good, if a little pricey when specced up a bit.

I'm definitely interested in FG's new Dakar-esque offerings, and the conversion kits look good too.

I've also got an interest in the MCD with a Mike-special motor mount, though sending the parts for design would be a pain.

It's been a while since I last did RC, and a tonne of new names have popped up, including SkyRC. Are they decent? Are they the new Zippy batteries (IE: decent enough for the money save a few early duff units)?
