Faulty Motor Wiring? - 04.08.2006, 01:37 PM

:035: I just got my 1/8th buggy all set up with a new 9L. I got to program the motor and I get the first beep and nothing else. Now one connector was a little messed up so I went to resolder all the motor plugs, and now the one yellow wire won't talk solder? I use flux etc. but it just falls off (the solder). What is the problem, I tried different types of solder and different techniques but nothing. Now im left with only about an inch or less of wiring sticking out of the motor left, what do I do! I now need more 5.5mm plugs, as somebody seemed to think they were trash and threw out three of the ones sitting on the work bench! Mike, maybe I should just send the motor into you to solder up? I haven't even used it at all.
