questions and help

Hi guys,
Im building my first brushless emaxx and have a few questions.
First, what is the difference between a BK Electronics 12020 Warrior Controller and a
Warrior 9920 Brushless Controller? I did ask Mike, but he hasn't got back to me yet.

Im going to buy an BK 8XL and one of the controllers mentioned above. I plan on running 16-18 4200 cells and will use a UBEC. More questions. Does this stuff come with mounting hardware, what about wiring it all together(any pics?)

To be honest, once I get the batteries and motor etc I dont even know how to turn this thing on :dft001:

This is what I have so far
FLM chassis, upper & lower arms, hybrid bulks
MIP CVDS
UE 8 spyder diffs
Single Speed tranny with UE idler.
Big Joes series 40 tires
Shocks upgraded to handle the overall weight
What else do I need that I dont know about?
