which lvc?

i've been running my g2r for around a month now on 6s lipo with no lvc. today when i plugged in one of the batteries to my ice charger, an error message came up saying input voltage was lower than was supposed to be for the cell count.

1) what is the best lvc for my application?

2) did 1 cell get over-discharged? should i send it in for repair or get a newpack? thanks for any help?
