Yeah, i've seen it.

Well, forms and shapes are a matter of feeling; i would make a drawing and decide from there what radius to pick. (that's what i do when i am designing something from free hand) Or if you are going to have it machined by a router/mill keep the radius of the bit in mind.

If you are interested, i can help you out drawing it, but i need more dimensions. It's easier to design a truck from shred than to measure excisting parts. It took me about 7 hours before i had all the dimensions of my savage. But from there it's like a walk thru the park, if everything falls in place and fits perfectly in the assembly, the sun is shining on your walk.. :p
