JATO tires/rims for offroad???? - 12.29.2006, 01:38 AM

What do you Jato guys do for a Jato tires? The stockers aren't much good offroad, in the yard etc... so I'm thinking it's best to go to a standard 2.2 wheel. Then you can take your pick of dozens of tires. I'm thinking something like Dirt Hawgs for general bashing, or the Mashers with some gearing work.

I'm told the Nitro Rustler wheels would work well. But I don't know about the offset and what about the fronts?

Anyone tried these or any others? I don't have a Jato to even look at but I'm trying ot help my brother in law who's going to get one.

Oh... and what about the gearing? Easy to gear down?
