In terms of efficiency and build quality, yes, the lehner's are better than ther feigao. However, they are almost twice the price.

It depends on how many cells you want to run as to whether the 2400xl or 2800xl is better. As for speed controls, the 2400xl can easily be run with the 7020 (I run a 2000XL on a 7020, and it doesn't even get warm after very hard running on a hot day). The 2800XL could be run on the 7020, but I would personally want (for 50$ more) the assurance of the 9920.
