You for sure blew something out in the transmision. Probably the idler gear. Or possibly the pin on the top shaft. Take the transmision aprt and figure out whats stripped. You should probbly get a steel idler gear from Mike so you dont do it again.

While your at it replace all the plastic gears in it with new ones too. They could have been damaged when parts of the ildeer came off and got caught in the gears. They are fairly cheap.
