Definitely get rid of the two speed, whatever way works for you.

OK - thanks guys.

Dumb question - never used it - how does JB Weld work - is it like super strong glue? When you do that do you glue the one-way as well, or does the one way stay in-tact?

If I am going to go this route - I do like the idea of getting the FO conversion for the tranny and getting rid of the brakes and extra servos and using the motor for braking and reverse.
