OK, after looking at this site, the only island I can find large enough is one for 75,000 acres (117 square miles), but costs $7M. Assuming we split that two ways (since you are the only one to respond so far), that's a bit too rich for my blood. I figure if we get about 100 people or more, it would be more affordable.
