Okay, I would highly recommend ordering from Offshore Electrics. The price on the KB-45 motors might be higher than United Hobbies, but the shipping is super fast to people in the U.S. I ordered my KB-45/10XL on Sunday, and it arrived today in California (it shipped from Massachusetts).

This motor doesn't feel as heavy as I was expecting it to (but of course, feel is subjective). The 6mm shaft is the only problem with it at this point, besides the fact that I'll have to redesign and make a new motor mounting plate for my Savage... And that won't be fun.

SH Z-Car, Custom Crawler, 8s Savage, 12s XTM XLB 1/7 buggy, 4wd 4-link rear/IFS Pro4 truck, Custom Hyper 10 Short Course, Belt-Drive Mammoth ST 1/8 truggy, 4s 17.5 MM Pro HPI Blitz

Yeah steven at OSE ships fast and his customer service is great. I use him for all my boat needs and have bought a few motors from him too. He carries the s and l can feigao motors that can be hard to find. He also has the pixstix adapters and other cool stuff.

Yeah, I ordered 6mm bore pinions from sdp-si. 2 with s/h came out to be about 18 per pinion. Not too bad, I guess.
