Need motor simular to Lehner 1930 or 1940

I am not too sure waht is ment by the cogging.
I am trying to over gear the truck (Jato) for more top end speed.

Will the 1512 series motor run up to about 40,000rpm on 11.1V?
Are they about the same size as the Lehner 1930 or 1940 motors?
Is there somewhere that I can get the specs of these 1512 motors to work out which one will run up to 40,000rpm and get some power ratings for them?

Any more infomation appreciated.
