Thanks all. I removes all of the shrink wrap and the connection looks fine. None are loose. I see no oxidation - the silver from the soldering looks good. The shrink wrap over one of the capicitors it melted, but that happened shortly after putting it together with gearing issues, it has run fine. I see no swelling in the capacitors. I am sure that could still be it. I have put in some pics, what do you think? Once agian, thank you!Click image for larger version

It looks like to me that the capacitor heatshrink is melted and torn, and sure sign that it has been over stressed. Unless, did you cut the shrink yourself?
