That's a lot bigger than any of my boats, I think 22 series is too small for a converted nitro boat of that size 3060 or 3080 would do the trick, but if I lived in the US of A I would go for a Neu bam for sure, the wind depends on the ESC you decide on as you want HV, 20-25k RPM would be a good target, a tuned Zenoah or Mathe will get close to 20k but there's no reason an electric shouldn't do better.
