I have lost a total of 5 bearings in this thing so far. They just keep coming apart.

The guys at UE are just telling me I don't know how to install it properly.

i suspect if you get ceramic bearings, you'll just end up going through more expensive bearings. going through 5 bearings is a lot, and indicates something else is wrong besides the strength/quality of the bearings.
