If you run a 10T pinion or a 11T pinion, it should be in the range of a decent nitro motor using a 4S lipo.

My ? is if i went to a kyosho 46t spur & adjusted the pinion size, would it make any difference in performance or not really ?. Thank's

You can't go below a 9T, you will hit the outdrive with the motor. The torque will be fine. The topend is the only thing that would be the difference against a nitro motor.

Maybe i'll just stick with the stock spur, what do you think ?. If it's not going to really help the performance then there's no need to do it.
