Smile E maxx : Soon to be released Brushless Version? - 10.24.2007, 05:44 PM

I was down at my LHS today inquiring when/if he was going to get any of the new E maxx in stock. The guy there informed me that he got an email from Traxxas, and they said there was going to be a brushless version released around December the 30th. I don't know if this is valid or not, because when I questioned him about the system they were going to put on it, he got the stutters.

BUT, they keep talking "Brushless Ready Platform". Could it be?

Surely a single VXL system isn't enough and two systems is too expensive for the general public. Hmmmmmm...........thoughts guys?

i didn't get a time frame, but my lhs guy said the same along with a brushless jato too then followed by the 4tec. i argued(sp?) with him about the jato telling him it makes no since to put that out, much less before a brushless onroad, but he swore by it. i still don't know if i can believe him though.
