That is a heck of a motor for sure. I think 12-14 cells would be the cell count to run it with. You should get excellent performance with it. I would run 16/66 or 18/66 with the stock diffs as a starting point on gearing. this will get you in the mid to upper 30s or low 40s, with plenty of power. A fan on the controller wouldn't hurt, either.
