I would say that if it handles 4s, then they'll probably use the same FETs as the MM, just fewer of them. It's probably cheaper for them to do it that way since they already have those in bulk for the MM.

TBH: 75A is plenty for a 2wd 1/10 scale vehicle. 75A and 14.8v is over 1100w! Seeing as how most 1/10 scale 2wd vehicles are ~4lb, that should be PLENTY!

But, I'm sure people will try to stuff one of these in a 15lb Savage on 5s and a 6XL motor because it's cheap, and then complain when it doesn't work right or blows up.
