how did the holes line up on the spur gear and adaptor, I have these same parts, and they didnt line up very well, how did you make it work? Thanks

Proper way to modify this would be to ream it out on a lathe. You want a precision fit there, otherwise you might get a leak and a wobbly outdrive.

Would that work in an Emax? How would you attach the center diff?

If you don't have a lathe, it seems the best use for this adapter is only with a Mugen dif as I don't know of any other manufacturers using 5mm output shafts.
