any ideas for a center diff?

HB Lightning diff would be my choice. It is pretty cheap, mounts are in the RC-M store, and a Kyosho spur will fit no problem so hardened pinions aren't needed.

this is the only mount i can find http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...rential&cat=11 but i dont think they are going to have this item for a while lol.
