These are a new smaller A123 cell... same company and same characteristics as the original "A123" cells.

I know black and decker owns DeWalt (their pro brand)... but I had no idea they were making a smaller cell now (I know they are making a larger '32 series' cell..) and you guys know how much I keep up to date on these kinds of things.
