I run the 1515 1/y on 4s and 5s. 3s on one side, and 2s on the other. 5s isn't totally crazy, but definitly faster and more power. It runs a tad warmer as stated above too, so I would not reccommend driving it in 100* weather.

Will Mike's Diff adaptors work with the UE 1/8th diffs?

I didn't know you can mis-match lipo's like that. If that's true, it opens up lots of new voltage possibilities.

As long as the packs are made of the same cells, and are the same age with the same number of cycles on them you should be ok. I run my tekno revo on 5s 5000mah lipos, 1 2s pack and 1 3s pack in series to make 5s. Works fine for me!
