it depends on the size of the parts. Also, you can't mix different Al alloys in the same run. One run would be around 70$ plus shpping. A single run could do about 4 to 6 shock towers or so, about 10 diff cups, etc. It's driven by surface area, not mass. Present what parts you have, and we can figure the best way to run them.

6061 when hardocated comes out grayish bronze.
7075 comes out gold (very nice gold too).
The hardocating will increase your part size slightly, may or may not an issue.

Type II anodizing colors are as intense and colorfull as you see anywhere.
