Battery performance vault?

I do php/mysql so it would be a mysql database linked to some webpages online. I don't know much about these batteries myself. I figure we could make a web form that a tester could fill in. We collect the battery manufacturer, cell count, mah and all the other details about the battery itself. This is where you guys would come in as I don't know what details we would need to collect. After we have all this data we write a search function to bring up say all 3s 5000 mah batteries and spit the info we collected to the page or what ever the users is searching on. Cell count, mah, company ect could all be seach criteria to bring up the needed results.
