Apparently, too much revenge feedback was scaring buyers away. This is on top on the final selling fees going up over 60%. Also, all feedback is good for only 12 months, then good and/or bad, it is removed. The final straw for me is that in a dispute, your Paypal funds can be frozen for up to 21 days until the buyer leaves positive feedback.
