That motor will turn pretty slow on 7 cell nimh. Doesn't matter which way the 3 wires go, just swap any two to reverse the direction of the motor. There won't be any resistance on the motor shaft, it will spin freely, unlike 4 pole motors that have strong magnetic resistance to turning by hand. Also, running with an external UBEC with only 7 cell nimh may cause problems depending on the UBEC you are using.

Ok. I was just running it to see if it would program. I wired it up two 6 cell nimh's with a deans y-harness. Spins a bit faster.
The BEC is Koolflight "UBEC-6VC".
I guess I would have to use LiPo if I want some real power. I am probably going to wire it up for two brushed motors for my tube chassis clod.
