Just a thought, how about a pair of them, since they are using the same spur you may be able to wire them to the same esc. Griffinru did it and I have a pair of aveox motors that i wanted to wire to the same esc, but could not figure out how to time them the same. Someone recently posted to hook up a battery to two of the leads on each motor and they would be timed the same.

That's very possible. I might try that. It would work with much higher gearing then for more top speed. Use the 25 tooth pinions with a 36 tooth Revo spur. Hmmmmmmm..............

Dr Kros, I want the 4 turn.

In comparing the internal resistence values:

AXI 2826/8 is 30 mohm's

The KMS 2826/4 turn is listed as 64 mohm's.

If I were to speculate, my guess is the KMS is a Wye wind. This might make it even better than the AXI. I wonder what kind of magnets it uses?

Another thought here is, I bet the AXI endbells would fit the KMS stator assembly perfectly.

You sure about that resistance? This page lists it as 32!

The KMS resistence value at that website must be wrong, another site I found lists it as being 32 mohm's.

The AXI 2826/8 shows 2.8 amps no load at 10v

The KMS shows 3.2 amps no load at 10v.

Something isn't right about these figures.

Greater amp draw usually means higher kv and lower resistence.

Aaaah, see that prop adapter in the picture?

It does have the 3 holes in the endbell. There's a pretty good chance the fan will fit it.

Yes I think he is.

These motors might be a better choice for that boat project too.
