just looking at the UBEC and i realized the UBEC side has a signal wire, why would it ned a signal?

another question, i was looking at this photo
http://www.castlecreations.com/image...pack-thumb.jpg im wiring two 2s2p packs together, am i supposed to follow this "multipack" wiring or wire the total of both cells |
