That's the one thing that keeps me away from putting a fiegao in my T4, the endbell problem. A 10S would be a great motor for running 3S A123 in there, I'd be able to get back to more normal gearing, but $50 for the motor + $25 for the heatsink/clamp = no price advantage. If I could trust that it would stay attached by itself with bashing, I might be tempted, but I know it won't.

Just buy a Velineon motor then. It's basically a 10S. And it will stay together for bashing without a clamp/heatsink.
