Adding FETs to an ESC?

I'm not familiar with the novak fets (or fet drivers) but I did make an attempt at "stacking" some fets on a Mamba Max. I was unsuccessful as the fets are a smt (surface mount type) and attaching leads to bridge between the fet connectors proved exceedingly difficult.

If the novak fets are old school ( with the contacts hanging off as opposed to tucked underneeth ) you could propably pull it off.
