cool thanks alot drk! ill have to try that place out.
My 2c - you can definitely do it. I was pretty good at pc's and 10 years ago I started my career in IT as an intern handling customer service call for an Internet company. And now I am a senior systems admin running the network for multi-billion dollar hedgefung.
Skies the limit for IT. If you get in through the ground floor and then into a good company - they will send you to training - which will not only help them but will help you move forward in IT.
If you love pc's it is a great career, but be prepared for very non-standard hours. I have to be available 24/7 and I am sacrificing my Easter weekend handling a building power-down/power-up - but sometimes that's the price you pay for a good salary and doing what you love for work.
I say give it a try, and worse case I am sure the is another OG somewhere down the road.
