If you are pulling the same amount of amps for a given voltage, the power is the same.

The 70mm Medusa will do fine in a buggy. Many run the 60mm in a buggy with success - although i wouldn't unless it was really light (~7lbs).

lol, I'm sure it works fine, I just wouldn't run it that's all.

And yes, if you were running a fan, I would REALLY hate it!

Then you'd be happy to know the MMM on that truck is fan-less .

But back on topic, I can't wait for the 80mm Medusa I ordered to show up! My Savage hasn't been driven in about 3-4 months because the crap KD-36 went over 300 deg. and a Feigao 12XL met a similar fate.

Yeah I wan't an 80mm for my savage but at AU$250 for a motor I think I'll keep running my feigao until it smokes. Brian would hate my feigao too. It's running 2 fans

Regarding Medusea 36-80 Preorders:

That email randomly showed up in my email inbox today, in addition to the email I received from them last week.

I got pretty much the same E-Mail from Jeff. I'll be ecstatic if mine ships out later today, I should have it by Monday or so and my Muggy will live again!

All I ever wanted was an honest weeks pay for an honest days work.

Hm. I've got no such email with my 70mm order. Maybe you 80mm guys are just lucky.

Ah good, so there is at least some hope. Next week would be awesome.

You have to E-Mail them to find out. When I asked they said within 2 weeks, then they said Wednesday, now they're saying next week. I wish they would quit screwing us around and give us a definitive date. I don't care when it is (as long as it isn't next fall, then I'd cancel my order) I just wish they would give us the right date.

This seems to fall in line with my phone call to them which resulted in not much information either.

A bit lame really. Most people on here wouldn't mind waiting a few extra weeks/months if they were told the reason for the delay and given an approximate ETA. Being told dates, then having them pushed back for no given reason is just not cricket.

I put my order in the other day, but seeing how long some people have been waiting, perhaps I should have spent my money on a Neu. It would probably be hand made and delivered before my Medusa gets here (if it ever does....) lol :D

Here's hoping it arrives before Christmas... 2008.
