Yeah. I'm kicking myself in the pants, because I bought this Trinity Lipo last year for 85 bucks plus shipping. The Neu packs are only 10 bucks more and have better specs (20C 4500 vs. 25C 5000). Damn.:(

Hopefully I have some money left over from my summer job this year to splurge a little (gotta save up a ton of gas and food money for next year since I can't work during the school year).

I just ordered a 36-50-3300v2 for my HPI NMT, I have an Ammo 36-50-3300 now. Should be fun to see how they do head to head.

I checked Medusa out before I saw this thread and had blown them off as too small for the 3905 maxx I've been working on, after reading the thread linked in the begining I decided to get an upgrade for the NMT.

I have been running the Ammo in my maxx on 5s2p A123. Power wise it's great on a 14T pinion, but it's running quite hot so I just ordered a 6xl for it but I do still want to try the Medusa just to see how it does on the larger truck.

Still wish Medusa had either a longer version or a higher KV on the 36-60.

BTW 5 0 Joe, dont get to bumed out when new better packs come out a few months after you buy some. Happens all the time, if you wait for the latest and greatest you'll find yourself waiting and not driving.

Are there any other midrange motors in the $120-$170 price range. I looked around last weekend but really didnt find anything but Medusa and Mega. Neither had anything that really turned my crank for a big truck on 5s a123.
