I read the cailibration steps as:

1. hold trigger to 100% (full forward)
2. plug in battery
3. wait for short beep
4. release to 0% (Full reverse maybe or neutral - I suspect reverse)

Those were actuall directions from someone else I copied to see if they were close to correct, when I plug the pack in under full throttle I get the three beeps which means too much voltage but I'm only using a 7.4v pack to program I tried a 4s lipo too. Maybe my esc is junk.
