Oh ya and the Hacker has 4 programmable motor modes. Mode one- 2 pole motors "Feigao/BK" etc, mode two- 4 pole motors "Neu", mode three- 6 pole motors "Plettenberg", mode 4- multipole motors "Axi".

^^This is right out of the instruction manual.

Man, I've never been so confused. I have never seen a controller change battery count as much as the Jeti/Hacker Master Car controllers. I have the Master Car race and it has Jeti and hacker on one side of the sticker and the other it says it only handles 5-8 cells (NiXX) and the Ron= 2 x 0,0012 Ohm. It looks the same as the ones in Jeti's website http://www.jetimodel.cz/eng/adv_car_en.html. Now I did a search and found that the Master Car sport handles 5-10 cells and has a Ron= 2 x 0,0012 Ohm and I found another one that syas up to 12 cells.

hi

as i mentioned above i have an instruction sheet here from 2003 of the hacker master car speed controllers. here its says 66A current for the sport and 111A for the competition. so those specs should apply to those 'older' bigger controllers. both 6-12cells (lipos weren't popular that time).

i also guess the 'newer' only jeti-flagged esc are smaller and they may well handle less power. however it also says on for the 'race' version one could limit the current to 80A. so it should be able to handle more than 80A right.

dimension of the hacker 66*31.5*29, jeti 56*27*17mm.

bye
