I used to put my nimhs in the fridge to cool them off. You could try an ice pack, or ice in a ziploc. Just as long as they do not get wet they will be fine.

Lincpimp - I did that once (put them in the fridge), but taking the fridge to the park isn't an option! Just wanted to make sure that cooling them with an ice pack or similar wouldn't do any damage long term though.

Just put them in front of a small fan . They will cool of very quickly.
