I'd go ahead and give the new e-revo a shot. The hardened gears in the tranny should be nice, and I like the chassis layout for balance and such. could be fun at stock while you put together a brushless setup for it. Besides, I just want someone to buy one!!!

I enjoyed building mine as well. Had Traxxas come out with there's sooner I would have probably just bought it. Now that the build is complete and I have some track time I would say I would build over buy....

Tekno conversion/ mgm 16018 / neu 15151y / 4s 6000 mah / mech brake / tranny locked in 2nd / no diff..... I do get a solid 20 minutes...
