Note my comments were regarding a heavier Maxx truck. The only way I could see a 7XL running cooler is either with a voltage that ran less RPM’s and/or much lighter weight rig, although I’m no expert on the subject.

As for light buggy motors, I just bought a Neu 1512/2.5D/F for my Hyper-7. Should run great on 4S, and hopefully nice & cool
