Questions bore reducers, lipos, and motor mount, e-revo

is first gear on a 3.3 revo lower than on a 2.5 emaxx? i like having a slower gear for my rock crawling ( well fake rock crawling i know its not a true rock crawler).
i have found at least with my e-maxx w/hv 6.5 2nd gear wheelies easier as it seems to have the torque necessary.
